Scope

We currently ship only within India (domestic shipping). Delivery times and fees below apply to domestic shipments only.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours from the time the order is confirmed, on business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Cut-off times for same-day dispatch (if available) depend on product availability and are shown at checkout. If an order contains a pre-order or backordered item, the dispatch time for that item will be noted on the product page.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro / Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro / smaller towns: 4–10 business days
  • Remote areas / island/ hilly regions: may take longer; courier partner guidelines will apply

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier logistics, public holidays, natural events, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the size/weight of the items, and any active promotions.
  • Free shipping is available only where specified by an active offer or promotion. The conditions for free shipping (for example, minimum order value) will be shown at checkout and in the promotion details.
  • Any special surcharges for oversized or unusually heavy items will be communicated on the product page or at checkout.

Payment on Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

Availability of Cash On Delivery (COD) and any COD fees or order value limits are shown during checkout. COD may not be available for all PIN codes or for certain high-value items.

Courier Partners & Tracking

  • Shipments are fulfilled via reputed courier partners. The specific courier handling your order will be shown in your order confirmation.
  • We provide tracking information by SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Use the tracking link to see the delivery status directly on the courier’s site.
  • High-value orders may require a signature on delivery. Delivery personnel may ask for a photo ID for verification where required by the courier.

Multiple / Partial Shipments

If an order contains items from different warehouses or items with different availability dates, we may ship them separately. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Address Changes, Cancellations & Failed Deliveries

  • If you need to change the delivery address or cancel an order, contact us immediately at care@srdlifestyle.com. Changes or cancellations can usually be accommodated before the order is dispatched.
  • If the courier attempts delivery and the address is incorrect or the customer is unavailable and the shipment is returned to us (RTO), we will notify you. Reshipment may incur additional shipping charges. If you choose not to reship, refunds (if applicable) will be processed minus original shipping charges and any RTO fees charged by the courier.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Items — How to Report

We aim to deliver every order safely. If you experience any problem, please follow these steps so we can process your claim quickly:

  1. Damaged on delivery: Inspect the package at delivery. If external damage is visible, refuse delivery and notify us immediately at care@srdlifestyle.com with your order number and photos.
  2. Report window:
    • For damaged items: please report to us within 7 days of delivery.
    • For non-delivery / lost shipments: please notify us within 15 days of the dispatch date so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
  3. Send the following when reporting: order number, delivery address, tracking number (if available), photos or video of damaged packaging/item (for damage claims), and a short description of the issue.
  4. We will acknowledge your claim, open an investigation with the courier as needed, and keep you updated. After verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as per the product’s return & exchange terms.
  5. Refunds for validated claims will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after claim approval. Timing depends on payment provider and bank clearing times.

Insurance & Declared Value

Shipments are handled by third-party couriers. For any high-value items we may declare shipment value or provide additional insurance — such details, if applicable, will appear on the product page or during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled as per the product-specific return & exchange policy. Please check the product page for exact returnability, timelines, and any restocking or return shipping charges. For assistance, contact care@srdlifestyle.com.

Pre-orders & Backorders

For pre-order or backordered items we will indicate expected dispatch dates on the product page. You may receive partial shipments if some items in your order are ready before others.

Peak Periods & Delays

During sale events, festivals, or adverse conditions (e.g., heavy rains, strikes), dispatch or delivery may be delayed. We will notify you if we expect a significant delay. Please allow for extra time during peak seasons.

Privacy & Shipping Information
