Cancellation Policy

Orders from our Website

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.

Orders from Marketplaces

Cancellations for orders placed on third-party marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, Ajio, etc.) must be made directly through the respective marketplace platform and are subject to their cancellation rules and timelines.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Return Window

  • Purchases from our Website: You can return or exchange most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Purchases from Marketplaces: You can return or exchange most unused and unopened items within 10 days of delivery, following the marketplace’s return policy.

General Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and manuals attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time for refunds can take 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example: incorrect item shipped).

Exceptions
